Safety Harbor offers monthly Third Friday festivals, weekly Sunday Markets, wonderful fine dining and wellness centers a short walk away.
20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg, Tampa, and Tarpon Springs.
The Safety Harbor elementary School is right up the street. Traffic occurs between 8AM- 8:30Am and 2:30-3:30PM. The road is one way during these times
Parking
House Manual - quirks
Bismarck was constructed in 1961 and still has original bones, as such, please adhere to a sensitive pipe system practice. Please flush only toilet paper and no other articles. Plush 2 ply has been provided and if overloaded, the toilet will overflow. With a little vigilance there will be no issues.
To fully enjoy a shower not running out of hot water, do not run the water at full pace or the small hot water tank will deplete too rapidly. The shower heads are luxurious AromaSense brand. Enjoy! The second bath is in the garage off the kitchen, this is an original hurricane room and has it’s own roof structure should the house collapse.
SMART TV – Hulu, Peacock, YoutubeTV, Prime
Garbage – Tuesday 7am, bin must be in the street at end of driveway the night before
Recycle – Friday 7am
Air Conditioning / Heat – please do not overwork the system. Choose Heat or Cool on the Nest. Heat is best with a mix of space heaters located in the closet , and the house heat. Socks and a sweatshirt help too. The AC should be set to 76 degrees or 74 degrees when operating in COOL mode. Do not set a schedule into the nest.
Landscapers come on Monday or Tuesday

The back sliding door lock broke and is being fixed , please note the locking bar on the floor before opening the door.
The ice maker just broke – there 2 bags of ice in the freezer for your stay.
The rear bedroom blue light was broke by the last guest , and a new solution is in the works.
